Returns & Store Credit Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
2. How Returns Are Processed
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
- Store credit will be sent to you as a digital gift card/code within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Marleysluxe.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Initiating a Return

- Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
