Returns & Store Credit Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable.

2. How Returns Are Processed

• Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• Store credit will be sent to you as a digital gift card/code within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Marleysluxe.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Initiating a Return

• Email shopmarleysluxe@gmail.com before sending items back.
• Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Yes, we're based in Orlando FL. Please ensure to complete your order online, select pick up at check out, and we will send you an email to notify you that it is available for pick up and the details. Allow 24 hours for item to be processed.
