Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, tracking will not be available immediately. All orders have a processing time of two business days, therefore tracking information will be emailed to you in 3 business days or more. We use USPS to ship US orders and DHL for international shipping, any issues after the item has been scanned needs to be handled with the carrier.

Local Pickup

We are based in Orlando, FL. If you wish to place an order for pick up, purchase the item on the website and allow 24 hours for the item to be available. Email: shop@marleysluxe.com or send us a DM on our Instagram page Marleysluxe_ to confirm a pick up time. If items are not picked up within 7 days,  the customer refuses an exchange or refund.
