Returns & Store Credit Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable.

2. How Returns Are Processed

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.
  • Store credit will be sent to you as a digital gift card/code within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Marleysluxe.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Initiating a Return

  • Email shopmarleysluxe@gmail.com before sending items back.
  • Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll issue store credit once verified.

5. Non-Compliance

  • Returns that don’t meet our eligibility requirements (e.g., past the return window, worn, or without tags) may be declined or sent back to you at your expense.
